      The following were physically unable to attend the session:

      1. Panfilo Lacson, [out of the country]
      2. Antonio Trillanes IV [in detention]

      The following were present:

      1. Jinggoy Estrada
      2. Juan Miguel Zubiri
      3. Jamby Madrigal
      4. Richard Gordon
      5. Francis Escudero
      6. Gregorio Honasan
      7. Benigno Aquino III
      8. Manuel Roxas II
      9. Francis Pangilinan
      10. Rodolfo Biazon.
      11. And finally we have JPE: Juan Ponce Enrile, who presided over the Senate.

        We ask the reader not read too much into the roll call listed above. But the people elected these senators to attend to the Senate proceedings. In this light, Jamby, Noynoy and Dick! are fulfilling their duties admirably:).
        There are supposed to be 24? senators.

    Prof., there are 23 senators at present. The one who’s not in the list is Senator Juan Ponce Enrile. He was presiding the session as the Senate President.

    Thank you for your constructive comment. Why I forgot Enrile, a fixture since 1970s escaped me.
